Single rooms - NZ$ 250.00 - $290.00 weekly ( Price difference is due to Room sizes )

Double rooms - NZ$ 300.00 - $350.00 weekly ( Price difference is due to Room sizes )
*All rental payments can be made from the tenant’s bank account or via cash payments weekly.
* 2 weeks rent and 1 week bond will be required on confirmation of the booking.
*The bond will be returned to the tenant at the time of departure if the property remains undamaged.
